Email EndoSignal supportPurchases and restore
Open EndoSignal, go to Plus, and choose Restore purchases. Apple uses the App Store account on your device to restore an active subscription.
Your local information
Deleting the app can remove information stored only on that device. Export any clinician report or data you want to keep before deleting EndoSignal.
Privacy
Designed for privacy from the start.
EndoSignal does not require an account, serve advertising or use third-party analytics. Your personal profile, check-ins, cycle information, symptoms and treatment notes are stored locally on your iPhone.
On-device by default
Your tracked information stays in the app on your device. Local notifications are scheduled by your iPhone.
You choose what leaves
Information leaves EndoSignal only when you intentionally export or share a clinician PDF or data file.
Apple handles billing
Apple processes subscriptions. EndoSignal reads the entitlement status needed to unlock Plus; we do not receive your card details.
You stay in control
Use the in-app privacy controls to review, export or delete your information whenever you choose.

How billing works
Eligible new subscribers can try Plus free for 14 days. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal. The App Store shows the confirmed price and next billing date before purchase. One introductory offer is available per Apple account for this subscription group.
